We take customer satisfaction seriously here at Noode. If you have a complaint about our handling of your personal information, we’ll make sure we handle it quickly and fairly.
We aim to review all complaints within 7 days of receiving them (we can’t always guarantee this, though). If we need more information from you, we’ll get in contact. If we accept fault, we’ll propose a resolution. If we don’t accept fault, we’ll let you know straight away. We try to get this entire process done within 21 days of receiving the complaint.
All complaints should be provided in writing either by email or regular mail, using the contact details provided at the end of this privacy policy. When you write to us, please include any relevant dates, people involved, consequences, and what you think we should do to resolve your complaint.
