SHIPPING
When will my order be shipped?
If you place your order before 2pm (AEST) Monday to Friday, we’ll aim to have it shipped out that very same day. During sale periods we might be a little busier, but rest assured your order will be on its way in 1 to 3 business days.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, we’ll send you your tracking number in an email. If for any reason you don’t receive a tracking number, our customer care team is here to help. Just reach out to us at hello@noodesupplements.com. Before you contact us, remember to check your spam folder just in case!
How much will delivery cost?
For our Australian customers:
For orders under $100, standard shipping is $8 and express shipping is $12. For orders over $100, we offer free standard shipping.
For our friends in New Zealand:
Standard shipping for all orders is a flat rate of $9 and express shipping is a flat rate of $15.
For our global family:
International standard shipping is a flat rate of $20 for small orders (1 product) and $30 for larger orders (more than 1 product).
Do you ship worldwide?
We happily ship to plenty of destinations around the globe – see above for our international shipping costs.
How long will it take to receive my order?
For our Australian customers:
If you’ve opted for standard shipping, expect your order 2-14 business days after dispatch. If you’ve opted for express shipping, expect your order 2-7 business days after dispatch.
For everyone outside of Australia:
We always strive for a timely delivery, but Australia Post may experience delays from time to time. Check the Australia Post website for the most up-to-date delivery times for your country.

What if there’s a mistake with my address?
Sometimes, these things happen. In the occurrence of an address error, just contact our customer care team at hello@noodesupplements.com and let us know.
If your purchase is returned due to an address error that isn't our fault, we’ll have to ask you to cover the subsequent shipping fee.
